Bpo

Our office is right across from the ICICI Bank in Defence Colony. The address is 1521 Wazir Nagar. It’s a busy spot in New De3Lhi. This Bpo is where we spend most of our waking hours. If you walk inside, you’ll see rows of desks and people with headsets on. It’s usually humming with the sound of voices and computer fans. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the number on the building. Wazir Nagar is a tight area, so parking is always a bit of a struggle for the staff. We’ve got a small break area where we keep a microwave and a kettle. Most of us bring lunch from home. The work is mostly on the phones or typing away at the screens. It can get a bit repetitive, but the team here is good. We’ve known each other for a long time. The office windows look out onto the street, so we see the city moving by while we work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around, which is always a bit of a break. We try to keep things organized, but with so many papers and cables, it’s a constant battle. We’re just a group of people working in Defence Colony, trying to get through the daily tasks. It’s a typical Delhi office life, really. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the calls going.
