We run a BPO operation out of South Moti Bagh in New Delhi. The address is E-108, Level IV. It’s an older part of the city, but it’s steady and we like it. We’ve been here for several years now. There are quite a few of us packed into the office space. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phones at the same time, but we’re used to the noise. We deal with all sorts of calls and data entry stuff. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it keeps us busy and the team is good. The office has big windows, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the sun from hitting the monitors too hard. We have a small area for tea and snacks in the corner. Most of the staff are younger folks from the surrounding neighborhoods. We try to keep a friendly vibe going throughout the shift. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work piled up from the previous day. The elevators in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we often just take the stairs to the fourth floor. It’s good exercise for us. We don't have any fancy signs or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and headsets. We are just a local business trying to make it in the city. South Moti Bagh is a decent area to be in. It’s easy to get to by bus.
