B.P.O( W.N.S. Pvt Ltd)

Our B.P.O office for W.N.S. Pvt Ltd is located at B-56 Fateh Nagar. We are right near Tilak Nagar in New Delhi. It is a very busy part of town, 110018, and there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Inside the office, it is a bit of a different story. We have rows of desks and people on headsets for most of the day. It is the kind of work that never really stops once it gets going. We handle calls and various data tasks for all sorts of things. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps the lights on for everyone here. The building at Fateh Nagar is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We have been here for some time now. Some of our staff have been around since the very start, while others are just passing through for a few months. It is a real mix of people. We do not use much corporate jargon when we are just talking among ourselves. We just worry about the call volume and making sure the computers do not crash. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles to keep up with the Delhi heat, but we manage somehow. It is a practical workplace. People come in, do their shifts, and then head back out into the Tilak Nagar crowds. We are not trying to change the world; we are just providing a service and getting through the day.
