Bpo Indian Airlines

Working out of Bhajanpura in Delhi is always an experience. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on outside the window at A-3/19A. We handle the BPO Indian Airlines side of things, which basically means a lot of headsets and a lot of talking. It gets quite noisy in here when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have to deal with people who are frustrated about their flights or just confused about their bookings. It’s not always easy, but we try to stay calm and just explain things as they are. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have rows of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. Delhi summers are tough, but we have the fans going and we just get on with it. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all have to wait around, which is frustrating for us and the people on the phone. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing some street food nearby. It’s a fast-paced environment and you have to be quick on your feet, or at least quick with your typing. We aren't doing anything glamorous, just making sure the communication stays open between the airline and the passengers. It’s a lot of routine, but every phone call is a bit different. We just keep our heads down and try to help the travelers get their plans sorted out as best as we can.
