We operate out of 10 Aravalli Apartments in the Alaknanda area of New Delhi. It’s a residential building where we’ve set up our office for BPO EXL Services. It’s not your typical high-rise corporate park. Instead, we work from this flat which makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed. We handle customer support and back-office tasks for different clients. The desks are lined up in the living area and we’ve got wires running all over for the internet and phones. It gets quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon and talk about the day's targets. Alaknanda is a nice place to work because it’s a bit greener than other parts of Delhi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work properly every day. Sometimes the equipment acts up or the internet drops, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been here for some time now and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours for the night shifts. It’s a practical setup that works for our team.
