We are Boutique Hotels India Pvt Ltd. Our main base is right here in Delhi. Being in the capital city means there is always something going on, and we are right in the thick of it. We don’t have a specific street address we share publicly all the time, but we operate across the city. Managing hotel stuff in a place as big as Delhi keeps us pretty busy. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or moving between different spots to check on things. It’s not a desk job where you sit still for eight hours. We deal with the day-to-day realities of the hospitality world. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days we are running around trying to fix small issues that pop up out of nowhere. We aren't a massive chain with thousands of employees. It's a smaller group of us who actually know what’s happening on the ground. Delhi has so many different pockets, from the old parts to the newer developments, and we see a bit of everything. We don't use big words or corporate talk to describe what we do. We just make sure the rooms are ready and the guests have what they need. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural. We're just local people trying to keep things running. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
