Bouncer

Laxmi Nagar is a really crowded part of Delhi, and our office is tucked away at J3/105 in Krishan Kunj. It is not a very big space, but it serves as our main base for the Bouncer business. Usually, most of the staff are out at different sites or events, so the office is just where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around for years. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Being in Delhi-92 means there is always a lot of noise from the market and the traffic outside. We don’t have any fancy reception area or a big sign. People who need to find us usually just give us a call or ask the local shopkeepers. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones making sure everyone is at their post on time. If the internet goes down, we just use a notebook and a pen to keep track of things. It is a simple operation and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We meet at the tea stall downstairs more often than we sit in the office. It is just the way we like to run things here.
