Bonsai Eastern Grill & Bar

We've been at C-94 in B.K. Dutt Colony for a while now. Most people find us near Jor Baghlane, just off Lodhi Road. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings, especially when the grill starts up. We’ve got a small team. Some of us have been here since the start, and others just joined last month. The kitchen is usually noisy, and there’s always a bit of a rush around dinner time. We spend a lot of our day just making sure the ingredients are fresh and the tables are wiped down properly. It’s not a fancy setup, just a local spot where people come to eat after work. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it’s too hot outside, but we try to keep things moving. You can hear the traffic from the road if the door stays open too long. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. Mostly, we just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure nobody leaves hungry. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing down, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a lot of hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. It’s a bit of a maze back there in the storage area, but we know where everything is. If you’re walking through Lodhi Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place to grab a meal and sit for a bit.
