Our travel office is located at House Number 1010 in Jain Mandir Gali. If you know Najafgarh, you know it’s a bustling area with plenty of traffic and people. But once you turn into the Jain Mandir lane, things get a little bit quieter. The office itself is just a simple room where we handle travel bookings and talk to people about their trips. We’ve been at this spot for some time now, and we’re quite used to the neighborhood. The desks are old-fashioned, and we have calendars on the walls that aren't always for the current month. It’s not a flashy travel agency with posters everywhere; we just have a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboard. Sometimes the local kids play cricket right outside the door, and we have to watch out when we step out for air. The 110043 pincode is our home, and we like the local feel of being in a gali rather than on a main road. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of all the flight and bus timings. It’s just a small family-like team working in a quiet corner of a very busy town.
