We are over here at Shaheen Bagh in the Abul Fazl Enclave area. If you find your way to Bf-121/301, you will see our setup. We have been dealing with crystal items for a while now. It is a bit of a niche thing because everything is so fragile. You spend half the day just making sure nothing breaks when you move boxes around. The Bohemian Crystal Company (India) name sounds a bit fancy but we are just regular folks working out of this Delhi office. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, especially near the main roads, but inside it is mostly quiet. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock that comes in. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a small team trying to keep things organized. We handle the paperwork, talk to the transporters, and try to make sure the glass gets where it needs to go without cracking. People ask us why we do this, and honestly, it’s just what we know. The office is tucked away in this part of New Delhi and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that, just our workspace where the real business happens. Most days are about packing, checking invoices, and drinking a lot of tea to stay focused. It’s a simple life really.
