You’ll find us over at RZ-25A in Mohan Block, West Sagarpur. It’s a busy neighborhood in New Delhi. We work in hospitality, but we’re based in a more humble part of town. Our office is where we manage the staff and the bookings. It’s not a five-star hotel itself, just a practical space where we get the planning done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need help with their events or stays. The building is simple and we share the street with a lot of other local businesses. It gets pretty crowded outside with scooters and people walking by. We don't have a big marketing team. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back. The staff here is like a small family. We share lunch and talk about the day's tasks. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it's busy, but we always manage to sort it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure our clients are taken care of. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes. We don't have any polished slogans or anything. We just show up and do our best with what we have in West Sagarpur. It’s an honest way to make a living and we take it one booking at a time without much fuss.
