Blue Skies Travel & Tours

We are located in Nabi Karim, specifically at B B 406 in Ashoka Basti. If you know New Delhi, you know how crowded it gets around here. Our travel and tours office is tucked away in this neighborhood. It’s a busy area with a lot of narrow lanes and people moving about all through the day. We handle a lot of bus and train bookings mostly, along with some tour planning for families who want to go on a holiday. The office is small and filled with brochures that we’ve had for a long time. It’s not one of those shiny travel agencies you see in the big shopping centers. We have a couple of desks and some old fans to keep the air moving during the summer months. People from the Basti come in to ask about ticket prices to their hometowns. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to transporters over the phone. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s quiet enough to read the paper and have a snack. We try to stay organized but with all the paperwork for different tours, it gets messy sometimes. Being in 110055 means we are right in the middle of everything, for better or worse. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know most of the regulars who live on this block. We don't do much advertising, people just find us by walking past. It’s a humble place, just doing the work of getting people where they need to go.
