We handle things here at the Uttam Nagar office on the first floor. It's in Shiv Vihar, right down the lane from Usha Mata Mandir. This area in Sewak Park gets pretty busy during the day with all the bikes and trucks moving in and out. Blue Dart Express Ltd. has been here for a while now. Most days we are just sorting out packages and making sure people get their mail on time. It is not fancy work, but it keeps us on our toes. The stairs up to the first floor at C-16A can be a bit narrow when you are carrying heavy boxes. Delhi traffic is what it is, so we try to get an early start. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a parked rickshaw or something, which makes loading harder. We just get on with it. Everyone in the neighborhood knows where the temple lane is, so finding us isn't too tough for the regulars. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. Most of us have lived in Delhi for years, so we know the shortcuts around Uttam Nagar pretty well. It’s mostly about managing the stacks of envelopes and boxes that come through the door every morning. We drink a lot of tea while we sort the logs. It's just a regular local spot doing regular work every day. It's not a big corporate headquarters, just a busy floor where we try to keep the deliveries moving as best as we possibly can despite the chaos outside.
