Our office for Blue Dart Aviation Ltd. is located at J-1 /56 in Chanakya Place Part-1. If you know the area, we’re right opposite C-1 Janakpuri, which makes it easy for people to find us. New Delhi 110059 is a busy place to be, and our street is no exception. There’s a constant flow of bikes and vans coming in and out all day long. We focus on the logistics side of things, so there are always boxes and clipboards lying around. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a few desks and some metal filing cabinets that have been here since we opened. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a fancy meeting. We’re usually too busy tracking shipments or talking to the drivers to worry about how the lobby looks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to move everything out of the way. During the monsoon, the street outside sometimes gets a bit of water standing, but we just put on our boots and keep moving. We have a small tea break in the afternoon, usually standing out by the front door to catch a bit of air. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the packages get moved from one place to the next without too much trouble. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied.
