You can find us at 109-A in Madangir Village. We are right near Pushpa Bhavan, which is the main landmark people use to find our street. We handle holidays and leisure trips, mostly helping people figure out where to go when they have a few days off. The office in New Delhi-110062 isn't very big, but it gets the job done. We have a lot of brochures piled up and old itinerary printouts. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. People from the village stop by to ask about train tickets or hotel prices. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. Some days the office is quiet, and other times it feels like everyone wants to go on vacation at the same time. We’ve had a few mishaps over the years, like a hotel booking going sideways, but we always try to make it right. It’s just how things go when you’re dealing with travel. We are a small team and we’ve been in Madangir for a good amount of time. We aren't looking to become a massive corporation. We just like our little corner near Pushpa Bhavan and helping people plan their breaks. It’s honest work and we stay busy with it throughout the year. Sometimes we just sit and drink chai while we wait for the printer to stop acting up or the rain to pass.
