We've been over here at Raj Nagar-Ii in Palam for a bit now, running things out of D-14/A. It’s mostly about getting people sorted for their holidays. We aren’t a huge office with glass walls, just a few of us making sure the tickets and hotels get booked right. Traveling can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the paperwork and plans you have to juggle alone. We try to keep it simple for folks. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook all morning, but we get through the pile eventually. Most days it’s just looking at maps and calendars on the wall. The neighborhood knows us as the place to go when you need to get away for a week or two. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything like that in the lobby. It’s a work space. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking flights and trying to find a better price. If a flight gets delayed, we are the ones trying to find another way home for people. It’s a lot of back and forth with airlines and transport companies. People come in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and tell us where they want to go. We write it down on a pad and see what fits the budget. It’s not always easy, but it works out in the end. We’ve stayed in Palam because it’s where we started years ago. The sign outside is a bit faded now, but we are still inside doing the work every morning.
