We are over at 62 Khan Market, though some of our admin stuff goes to the Timarpur address at House No-1258. Blanco Restaurant & Bar. 62 Khan Market is basically a place where we wanted people to feel like they could just sit down and have a decent meal or a drink without it being a whole big production. Khan Market is always crowded, but we try to keep things relaxed inside. The kitchen gets pretty hectic during the lunch rush and dinner, but that’s just how it goes in this business. Our staff has been together for a while, and we just focus on getting the food out hot and making sure the drinks are cold. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in Delhi, just a reliable one. Sometimes the music might be a bit loud or we run out of a specific ingredient, but we always try to make it right. It’s a lot of work running a bar and a restaurant, keeping the inventory straight and making sure everything is clean. We spend most of our day prepping in the back or setting up the tables. If you’re walking around the market and need a place to rest your feet and grab a bite, we’re right there. We just like seeing regular faces come back week after week. It makes the long hours worth it when people enjoy the atmosphere we have here and stay for a second drink.
