Bl Kapoor Memorial Hospital

We have our office set up over in the Bank of Baroda Building in Connaught Place, right on the 9th floor. We are technically C/O Ms. Radha IRCTC, which sounds a bit complicated, but it’s just where we handle the administrative side of things for the hospital. Being in C.P. means we are right in the middle of everything in New Delhi. The views from the 9th floor are okay, but we spend most of our time looking at files and spreadsheets. It is a very busy building with a lot of different offices, so the elevators are always packed. We don't have a medical ward here; this is where the paperwork happens. It’s a lot of coordinating between the hospital staff and the various departments. Ms. Radha and the rest of us just keep the records moving. It’s a bit of a trek to get here every day with the traffic in the center of the city, but it’s a central location for meeting people. The office is pretty plain, just standard desks and filing cabinets. We don't really do the whole hospital branding thing here because it’s a back-end office. We just make sure the documents are filed and the accounts are looked after. It is just a regular day of work in a tall building in the heart of Delhi, keeping the hospital's non-medical side running as best as we can.
