We started out back in the day over at Mayur Vihar, specifically in those 19D-2 flats in Delhi. It was a lot different then. Now we are mostly operating out of Kanpur, specifically the Shivpuri Chapera Pulia area at 117/P-1/29. People usually just call us when they want food that tastes like it came from a real kitchen. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just running a group of restaurants and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Every morning starts pretty early around here because there's always a delivery truck coming in or someone forgot to order onions or some other vegetable. It gets loud and a bit chaotic near the pulia, but that is just how it is. We have been doing this for a while now, moving between Delhi and Kanpur. It’s a lot of work keeping track of different locations and staff. Some days are smoother than others. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know how the stove works and who prefers which shift. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just us in the building, handling the orders and making sure the recipes stay the same as they were years ago. If you come by Shivpuri, you'll see us busy with the daily chores. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning and getting the doors open on time every single day. We are just a group of people who work hard.
