Our office is on the third floor of the C-50 building in Hari Nagar. Being a Biz Vent DSA Of Citi Financials means there is a lot of talking and even more paperwork. The climb up to the third floor keeps us moving. The office itself is functional. We have rows of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. You can hear the sounds of the street below, the horns and the people, but it fades into the background once you get focused. We spend our hours going through files and talking to people about their financial needs. It isn't glamorous work, but it is necessary. The lighting is bright, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars or notes pinned up so we don't forget anything important. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay alert. The tea guy knows exactly how we like it. Most of the staff has been here long enough to know the shortcuts through the Hari Nagar lanes. We don't have a fancy reception area with a water fountain. It’s just a place where we sit down, pick up the phone, and work through the list. Sometimes it gets loud when everyone is on a call at once, but that is just part of the atmosphere. We are just a group of people working hard in a busy part of New Delhi to keep things moving as they should for everyone involved.
