Bistro,Delhi

Bistro, Delhi is tucked away in Malviya Nagar, right in Khirki Extension. We are on the first floor of JG-11. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it is a maze of narrow lanes and a lot of activity. It is a lively spot to be in, with people always moving around downstairs. Our space is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always interesting. We spend our days managing the business, whether it is dealing with supplies or just making sure the daily tasks are finished. It can get a bit loud with the traffic and the local market nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not have a lot of expensive furniture or decorations. It is just a practical workspace where we can focus. Malviya Nagar is a great place because everything is so close, from the metro to the food stalls. We are just a small team here, doing our own thing without any big corporate rules. It is an honest day’s work in a busy part of the city. We like the energy of Khirki Ext, even if it gets a bit crowded sometimes. We just try to keep things organized and handle whatever comes through the door.
