Bistro Hospitality Ltd. (Tgi Friday)

We’ve been over here at Cd-45E in Hari Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, it gets pretty loud outside sometimes. We run things under the Bistro Hospitality name, mostly handling the Tgi Friday spot. Most days it’s just about keeping the kitchen running and making sure things aren't too chaotic when the lunch rush hits. We aren't doing anything fancy with our office setup, just a basic space where we handle the paperwork and the schedules. It’s a lot of coordination to keep a place like this going. The staff usually gets in early to start prepping. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the Delhi traffic, which is always a headache. We just try to get through the day and make sure everything is sorted for the next one. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. There’s always something happening around the 110064 area. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks, checking the inventory, and paying the bills. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the printer breaks when we need it most, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a business in a place like this. We just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done.
