Bis (Travelocity)

Our office is set up in a DDA MIG flat in Dwarka. We are specifically over in Sector-12, in Pocket-6 at Flat No-116. It is a residential area, so it does not feel like a typical business district. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know who we are. Inside, it is just a normal flat that we have turned into a workspace with desks and computers. We spend most of our time dealing with travel bookings and helping people sort out their trips. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, which can be frustrating when we are in a hurry. It is not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It is just a place where we do our work every day. We handle a lot of phone calls from people who are trying to get their flights or hotels sorted out. Sometimes it gets really busy and we are all talking at once. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you might even miss us if you aren't looking for the flat number. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep everything organized. It is a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking to airlines. We are just a small team here trying to get things right for our customers.
