Our office is located at J-12, on the 1st Floor of the Old Double Storey buildings in Lajpat Nagar-Iv. It is a well-known part of New Deihi, and the 110024 zip code usually gets people to the right neighborhood. Being in an old double storey building means the rooms have a bit of character, even if the stairs are a little narrow. This is where we handle the insurance side of things for Birla Sun Life. People come in all day with questions about their policies or needing to sign some papers. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long in the lobby. The area outside is always packed with shoppers and vendors, so there is never a dull moment. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, mostly just the sound of the printer and people chatting. We aren't a flashy corporate headquarters. This is a local branch where real work happens. We deal with life insurance, so the conversations can be serious, but we try to keep the atmosphere friendly. We’ve got our regular files, our pens, and plenty of forms to fill out. It’s the kind of place where you get to know the regulars who live nearby. We just do our daily tasks and try to make the paperwork as painless as possible for everyone involved.
