We are located on the ground floor of a building at 2132 Street Ahata Mir Bukhari. If you know the Turkman Gate area in Delhi, you’ll know it’s one of those places where history is everywhere you look. The streets are narrow and always full of energy, with vendors selling food and people rushing to the market. Our office is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the sign near the gate. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just walk right in from the street. It gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, but we try to keep it as clean as we can. Inside, the space is filled with desks and stacks of folders. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s a local branch where we deal with the community every day. We drink a lot of tea while we go over policies and help people with their paperwork. The light in the office isn't the best, so we keep the lamps on even during the day. Sometimes the noise from the Turkman Gate market can be quite loud, but we’ve learned to work through it. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the regulars who pass by the window. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively place to be, and it suits the way we work perfectly fine. We don't have much extra space, so things stay pretty cozy.
