Bindra Communication

Bindra Communication is over in Shalimar Bagh 3. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s a narrow space with glass counters filled with all sorts of mobile accessories. We have charging cables, screen guards, and those little colorful cases everywhere. The walls are covered in posters for different network providers, some of them are quite old and peeling at the edges. We spend most of the day hunched over a small workbench in the back. We use tiny screwdrivers and tweezers to fix phones. It’s quiet work until someone walks in for a recharge or a new SIM card. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit and makes a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. We get a lot of local people coming in just to ask questions about their devices. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s often quite busy in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait, but most people just stand and chat. It’s a simple, local shop. We don’t use any big words or complicated systems. We just handle the repairs and the sales as they come. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we know where everything is kept.
