Bikano Chat Cafe

We have been running Bikano Chat Cafe here in Sunlight Colony No.1 for a while now. It is right at number 108 if you are looking for us. New Delhi is always busy, but this little corner feels like home. We spend our days making snacks and getting the chat ready for people who walk in from the neighborhood. It is not a fancy place, just somewhere you can sit down and eat something good. Sometimes the morning starts a bit slow, then suddenly it gets crowded around lunch or in the evenings when everyone wants a bite. We have our regulars who come by every day, and we know exactly what they like to order without even asking them. The address is 110014, and we have been part of this street for a long time. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't really do much advertising or big posters, people just find us by walking past or hearing about the food from a neighbor. It’s pretty simple here. We keep the tables clean and make sure the kitchen is moving. Some days are louder than others depending on the traffic outside in Sunlight Colony. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy being part of the community here in this part of New Delhi. It feels good to see people enjoying their food and chatting. We are just a local spot for a quick snack.
