This is a bit of a weird one because our main contact point right now is just this email address, anikait@spanishlanguage.com. We’re tied to the Bikanervala name, which everyone knows for the food and snacks. But behind the scenes, things can be a bit more digital or administrative. It's not always about being in a big kitchen with the smell of sweets. Sometimes it's just sitting in front of a screen handling emails. We don't have a fancy storefront to describe for this specific branch of what we do. It’s more about the back-end stuff that keeps things running. Maybe it seems odd to have a Spanish language email for a snack company, but that’s just how the setup ended up being. We deal with various queries and bits of business that come through the inbox. It’s a quiet way to work compared to the rush of a restaurant floor. No one is shouting orders here. Just the sound of typing and the occasional notification. We try to keep on top of the messages, though sometimes it takes a bit of time if things get busy. It’s just a regular part of the job, making sure the communication side of things stays afloat.
