Bic Logistics Ltd is tucked away at F-260C near the Mangal Bazar Chowk in Laxami Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Laxami Nagar, you know it’s a bit of a madhouse, especially on market days. Our office is right there in the middle of all that noise. We spend our days dealing with packages, shipping labels, and drivers who are trying to navigate the narrow streets. It’s a constant juggle. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some metal racks for storage and a few desks that have seen better years. There’s usually a pile of boxes near the door waiting to be picked up. We don't use any fancy logistics software that does everything for us; it’s a lot of manual checking and writing things down in ledgers. It feels very old-school, but it works. We know the local rickshaw pullers and the other business owners on the block. When the market is in full swing, it’s hard to even hear yourself think, but you get used to it. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. It’s a gritty, hardworking place. We don't try to pretend to be a massive global corporation. We’re just a local logistics spot trying to make sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night every single day of the week.
