Bhushan Kumar

My name is Bhushan Kumar, and I run things at Hotel Tokyo Vihar Pvt. Ltd. It’s a hotel business, so my life mostly revolves around making sure everything is ready for people when they arrive. Running a hotel isn’t as easy as it might look from the outside; there’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with their room. I spend a lot of my time walking around the property, checking on the staff, and talking to guests to see how their stay is going. We try to keep the place clean and comfortable without making it feel too stiff or corporate. It’s a local business, and I like to keep it that way. I’ve had my fair share of long nights and early mornings, especially when we’re fully booked and things get a bit chaotic. The lobby usually has someone coming or going, and there’s a constant sound of bags rolling across the floor. I don't use any big marketing slogans or anything like that. I just believe in being honest with people and doing the work that needs to be done. My office is tucked away in a corner of the building, usually piled high with receipts and schedules. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I’ve been doing this for a while now and I’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the hotel trade.
