Bhupendra Trading Corporation

Bhupendra Trading Corporation is located right in the middle of the chaos at Hari Singh Nalwa Street 24/1462. Karol Bagh is always moving, and we are right there with it. We deal in a lot of different items, mostly trading stuff that other shops need. Our space is filled with cardboard boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling. You have to navigate the aisles carefully or you’ll knock something over. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking invoices. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The street outside is always blocked with rickshaws and delivery vans. Sometimes we have to carry bundles for a block because the tempo can't reach our door. We eat lunch together around two, usually something brought from home. We don't have a website or anything like that. People know us by word of mouth or they just walk in. We use an old calculator that has some buttons missing, but we know which ones they are. It’s a busy life here. We see all kinds of people every day. The ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing years ago. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep the ledger books organized by year on the top shelf.
