If you look for us in Bholanath Nagar Shahadra, you'll find our little office where we handle all the travel stuff. It’s a crowded area and the streets can be a real maze if you don't know them. We spend our time booking trips and trying to make sure people get where they want to go without too much trouble. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. Sometimes the trains are late or the hotels are full, and we have to scramble to find a different plan. It gets a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons, but that's just how the travel business is. We aren't some giant agency with hundreds of people. It’s just us here, answering phones and looking at maps. We like talking to people about where they want to visit. Shahadra has its own energy, and we’re right in the middle of it. We keep a lot of pamphlets and notes scattered around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We just want to help folks have a decent trip without any major headaches. We've been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s a practical business. We don't use fancy talk, we just tell you what’s available and what it costs. Simple as that. No one here wears a suit, and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work.
