Bhel 'It-Mis'

Our small office is tucked away in Sector-5 Dakshinpuri, right at 3/41 Ambedkar Nahar. We focus on IT and management information stuff, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of screen time and organizing data. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for some time. We aren't some massive tech firm with glass walls; it’s more about a few desks, computers, and making sure systems run the way they should. Sometimes the power flickers or the internet gets slow, but that’s just how things go here in Delhi-62. We handle various tech tasks for people who need their information sorted out. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and figuring out why a certain program isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. We don't use much jargon because at the end of the day, we just want the machines to work. If someone drops by with a question, we sit down and look at the screen together. It’s a bit cramped with all the cables and towers, but we know where everything is. Working in IT-MIS means staying on top of small details that others might miss. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the data flowing and the systems stable for whoever needs it. It’s a steady job and we like being based in this part of the city where things feel real.
