We are located over at 1/83 in Subhash Nagar. It’s a familiar neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by now. Bhavya Holidays isn't a big fancy chain; it's just us in a small space filled with maps and travel brochures that sometimes get a bit dusty. We spend our days looking at bus timings, train routes, and hotel bookings. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with different people. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit to confirm a booking, which can be frustrating but that’s just life. We don't have a big reception desk or a uniform. Most of the time, you’ll find us sitting around a couple of desks just trying to figure out the best way to get someone from point A to point B. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the office gets a bit cramped with all the extra paperwork. Subhash Nagar is a lively place, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We like it that way, though. It feels real. We help people plan their trips without any of the big sales talk. If a hotel is bad, we usually tell you. We just want to make sure your tickets are printed right and you know where you’re going. It's a simple business run by people who live right around here.
