We are over in Laxmi Nagar at N-112, Narain Nagar. It’s very close to Lalita Park. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how packed the streets are. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We deal with life insurance, which means a lot of forms and signatures. It is a practical business. People come in to talk about the future and how to protect their families. We sit at our desks and go through the folders. The office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a place to work. We have some fans going because it gets stuffy in the summer. We’ve been here at this location for a good while. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We aren't here to give you a polished speech. We just show you the numbers and what the papers say. Sometimes customers are worried, and we just listen. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. The tea guy comes by every afternoon, which is the best part of the day. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. We just handle the policies. When the day is over, we lock up the gate and head into the crowd. It is a busy life here in Narain Nagar, but we're used to it.
