We've been here at Jhilmil for a while now, right in the DDA Flats at 45-A. It's a busy spot in Delhi and we mostly just deal with life insurance policies and paperwork for people around here. Most days are spent sitting at the desks, going through forms or talking to folks who come in asking about their plans. It isn't a fancy setup or anything, just a regular office where we try to get the numbers right. People come in when they’re thinking about the future or if they have a claim to sort out. It can get a bit loud outside with the local traffic, but we just keep at it. Sometimes the printer jams or we have to wait on the main office for an answer, but that's just how it goes. We handle the documentation and try to explain things in plain words so nobody gets confused by the small print. If you live around Jhilmil, you probably know the area. It’s mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure the premium payments are updated in the system. We aren't trying to do anything big, just making sure the paperwork gets done. It’s a job like any other, really. We open up in the morning, drink some tea, and get to work on the files sitting on the desk. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's not. That's life in the Jhilmil DDA office. We just do the work and go home.
