Our small branch is located near Krishna Nagar in Delhi. The pin code here is 110051. Being Bharti Airtel, people expect a lot, but this specific office is pretty basic. We are right in the thick of a very crowded market area. There’s always someone coming in asking about their phone signal or a bill they don't understand. We try to help them out as best as we can. The space is a bit small, and sometimes it gets quite hot in the summer. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. It’s not like the big flagship stores you see in the malls. This is a local spot for local people. We know many of the customers by name because they come in every month. Krishna Nagar is a lively place to be. There’s always noise from the shops nearby. We don't have a big marketing budget for this branch. We just rely on people seeing the sign and walking in. It’s a lot of manual work, checking records and fixing small issues. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just provide the service people need for their phones. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, just like everyone else. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We stay busy and that’s about it.
