Bharti Airtel Limited has this office at 5, Mandir Marg in Delhi Cantt. We are right in the Dhaulakuan area of New Delhi, pin code 110010. It’s actually a pretty nice spot because there are a lot of trees around here compared to other parts of the city. We work with phones and internet connections. This isn't one of those massive corporate headquarters you see on TV. It’s just our office where we handle the technical stuff and customer accounts. We spend our days at our desks, talking on the phone and typing on keyboards. Sometimes people come in with problems with their signals or their bills. We do what we can to fix it. It’s not always fast, and sometimes the systems are a bit slow, but we get there. Dhaulakuan is a busy intersection, but Mandir Marg itself is a bit more set back. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and take our breaks. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch about how we are the best. We just provide a service that people need to stay connected. We’ve been at number 5 for a good long while now. It’s a plain building with regular people working inside. We just focus on the daily tasks of keeping the network running. If you are in the 110010 area, you might have seen our sign. We are just a normal part of the Delhi Cantt neighborhood.
