Our office is found at 49, New Ahir Wara, in the older part of Faridabad. It’s a place with a lot of history and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded with people going about their business. Handling insurance matters for the local community has been our main task for a while now. The setup we have is quite simple, just a few desks and chairs for people to sit while we go over their papers. Life insurance isn't the most exciting thing to talk about, so we just try to keep it plain and simple so everyone understands what’s going on. Mostly, our days are spent looking at forms and explaining the different parts of a policy to anyone who asks. It’s just us, a small team of local staff, working through the daily pile of paperwork. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about their families. We don’t have a flashy office with big signs because we prefer a functional space where we can actually get the work done. The old Faridabad area has its own pace, and we’ve fit right into it over the years. When the heat gets really bad in the summer, we just keep the fans going and keep working. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. Our goal is to just sit down with whoever walks in and help them sort out their insurance.
