Our office is at House Number 2 in the Indraprasth Society, located in the Kothrud area of Pune. It’s a nice, quiet residential neighborhood, which is good for the kind of work we do at Bharat Matrimony India. People come here to talk about finding a life partner, and it’s better to do that in a place that feels a bit more like a home than a cold office building. We have a few desks and some chairs for families to sit in while we go over profiles on the screen. Kothrud is a well-known part of Pune, and Indraprasth Society is a calm spot away from the main road’s noise. We don’t have any big neon signs or a fancy lobby. It’s just a regular house where we’ve set up our equipment. Most of our day is spent looking through records and talking to people on the phone about what they’re looking for in a match. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello. We aren't a big corporate machine; we’re just a small team trying to help people out. It’s a lot of responsibility because it’s about people’s lives, but we just handle it one day at a time. The office is simple, the work is steady, and we just try to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone who visits us.
