Bharat Hotels Limited (Owner Of Intercontinental The Grand

You might recognize the name Bharat Hotels Limited, but our little spot here in Dayal Pur at D7/111A is where some of the back-end stuff happens. It’s a bit of a far cry from the fancy hotels like the Intercontinental The Grand that people talk about. This area is pretty crowded and the streets are narrow and full of people. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on at all hours. The office itself is quite simple and basic. We have a few files, some old desks, and a lot of papers piled up. It feels like a real local business here. People walk by all day and you can hear the street noise and horns from inside. We manage things for the hotel group from this location. It’s not all glitz and glamour like you see in the glossy brochures. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the logistics for the hotels are sorted out. We take our tea breaks together and usually talk about the traffic or the weather. It’s a small group of us working here. We don’t really have a big sign outside to show where we are. If you’re looking for D7/111A, you might have to ask someone on the corner for directions. We like it this way, it’s quiet enough to get work done but close to the real city life.
