Our office is over in G.D. Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase 3. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads of New Delhi. We are at A-1273, which is a pretty easy building to find once you get into the colony. We run a BPO service here, so there are always people on phones or computers at all hours of the day and night. It’s a lot of typing and talking, honestly. The space isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit enough desks for the team. We started this because there was a need for local support services, and we’ve just stayed here ever since. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer, and we have to switch to the backup, but that’s just life in Delhi. We have people from all over the neighborhood working here. It’s a very practical setup—no fancy lounges or anything like that. Just coffee, computers, and a lot of work to get through. We handle calls and data for various clients, and it keeps us busy. The commute for most of us is short because we live nearby, which is a big plus. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation; we just want to keep things running smoothly and provide a decent place to work for the folks in Mayur Vihar. It’s a bit cramped when the whole shift is in, but we make it work.
