Bharat Aviation Pvt.Ltd

We work out of Sahyog Apartments in Dilshad Colony. Our office is D51/S-3, which is basically a residential unit we’ve converted for Bharat Aviation Pvt.Ltd. It’s not what you’d expect for an aviation company, but it suits us just fine. Dilshad Colony is on the edge of Delhi, so it’s a bit quieter than the busy center. We don't have a big reception area or a lobby with fancy magazines. When you come to see us, you’re basically walking right into our workspace. There are desks crammed into the rooms and papers everywhere. It’s a real working environment, not a polished showroom for guests. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating things from our computers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most of the time, we’re just focused on the tasks in front of us. It’s a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. Sometimes the apartment block gets a bit busy with neighbors coming and going, but inside, we just keep our heads down and work. We don’t have any fancy slogans or a polished image. We’re just a bunch of people working from an apartment in East Delhi. It’s practical and it keeps our costs down, which is how we like to run things. There’s a certain comfort in working from a place that feels like a home. We’ve been here for a good stretch and it works for us every day.
