Best Western Resort Country Club Manesar Gurgaon

This office is actually located in Saharanpur, at House Number 3/7400 in Beri Bagh. It might look a little confusing because the name mentions Manesar and Gurgaon, but this is the spot where we handle the back-end stuff and local bookings. It is a residential neighborhood, so the vibe is usually pretty calm around here. We aren’t the resort itself, obviously, but we are the people who help manage the details from this side of things. We spend most of our day on the computer or answering questions on the phone. It is a modest setup in a regular house, nothing fancy at all. We deal with all sorts of questions about the country club and what people can do when they get there. It gets a bit hectic when there is a big event or a holiday coming up soon. We try to keep everything organized, though papers do tend to pile up on the desks by the end of the week. There is just a small group of us working here. We know the Beri Bagh area well and we don't try to act like we are in some high-rise office in a big city. We are just regular people working out of Saharanpur to make sure the guests have what they need. Sometimes the street gets noisy with traffic or kids playing, but we just get on with our work. It is our daily routine and we enjoy the pace of it.
