Bertelsmann As Customer Support Executive

I work out of Ca-75D in the D.D.A. Flats over in Hari Nagar, New Delhi 64. This is where the customer support for Bertelsmann happens for our little group. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from a big corporate park. The office is basically set up inside one of the flats, which makes it feel a bit more cramped but also more like home. I spend my whole shift with a headset on, talking to people and trying to help them with whatever they need. The phone numbers we use are 28123543 and my mobile, so things are always ringing. It’s a lot of sitting in the same chair and looking at the same wall. The neighborhood is busy, and you can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we just eat at our desks or go out to a local stall. The space is filled with cables, computers, and notes stuck to the monitors. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Working in Hari Nagar means dealing with the usual Delhi heat and the crowds, but being in the DDA flats is convenient. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just answering calls and typing notes into the system all day long. It’s a steady job that keeps us busy from the moment we log in.
