Berggruen Group

We are located in Ghaziabad at the Ashiana Heritage building. Our specific office is B-401 in Sector 4, Vaishali. We work alongside Pritam K. Pandey here. The building is a residential complex, so it feels very different from a typical office park. It is a bit more personal and quiet. We handle the business for the Berggruen Group from this apartment-style office. We have a few desks set up in the main room and plenty of shelves for our files. The view from the fourth floor shows the rest of Vaishali, which is a busy and growing area. We don't have any polished corporate mission statements. We just sit down and get to work every morning. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow or the security guard at the gate asks a lot of questions, but we don't mind. We like the fact that it feels like a home. We usually go out to the local market in Sector 4 to get our lunch or pick up some supplies. It is a simple way of working without any of the fancy trimmings you might find in a big city center. We just focus on our projects and try to stay organized. Most of the people in the building are families, so it is a nice, friendly atmosphere to be in. We just do our work and keep things moving along steadily every day.
