We focus on education and training here. The office is right in the middle of a residential colony, so there are always kids playing outside and neighbors chatting. It’s a very local atmosphere. We have a few rooms set up for our work and we spend the day talking to students or sorting out paperwork. It’s not a shiny new building with glass walls. It’s just a regular house that we’ve turned into an office space. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic and the sounds of the colony, but we are used to it by now. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask questions. We try to help out where we can. It’s a small team of us working here. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just teach and manage the education side of things. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve been in Faridabad for a while and we like being part of the Dabua Colony community. It feels like home to us even when we are working. We just keep the desks clean and the doors open for anyone who needs to talk.
