Bercos Restaurant

Bercos Restaurant is located at 9 Dr. Bishamber Das Marg, right in the heart of New Delhi 110001. We’ve been serving food here for a while. It’s a pretty well-known street, and being at number 9 makes us easy to find if you're in the area. The building itself has a bit of character. Inside, we have the kitchen and the dining area where we spend most of our time. It gets really busy during lunch and dinner, as you’d expect. The staff is usually running around trying to make sure everyone gets their orders. It’s not always perfectly quiet; there's the sound of pans clanking and people talking, but that's what a restaurant feels like. We don’t go for anything too over-the-top with the decor. It’s just a place to sit and eat. We’ve had the same tables and chairs for a bit, and they’ve seen a lot of customers. Outside on Dr. Bishamber Das Marg, the traffic can be a bit much, but once you step inside, it’s a different vibe. We focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is stocked. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the delivery truck is late, and we just have to let people know. It’s a very hands-on job for the whole team. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local spot where people can come for a meal. The neighborhood is central and we like being here.
