Bercos Chinese & Thai Restaurant Chain

We’ve been here in Bijwasan for quite a while now. Our spot is right near the Food and Supply Office at house number 157. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The kitchen gets hot, especially when the burners are going full blast for the Chinese and Thai dishes people like. We spend most of our mornings chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces are ready before the lunch rush starts. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for the people around here. You can usually hear the pans clanking and the smell of ginger and garlic drifts out into the street. We’ve got a team that’s been together for years. Some days are harder than others, especially when it’s humid outside and the delivery orders start piling up on the counter. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the food is hot when it goes out. People come in from the nearby offices or just residents looking for a quick meal. The floor is tiled, the tables are sturdy, and we keep the lights bright. It’s just a regular restaurant doing what we do every day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for people to park, but they still find their way to us. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen stays clean while we handle the daily chaos of the restaurant business.
