Berco

Berco is located at 85/B in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is quite well-known and it’s a nice spot for us to be. We have been here for a good while. Our place is mostly about the food, especially the Chinese and Thai dishes that people seem to like. The building isn’t anything too fancy, just a solid place in a busy neighborhood. We get a lot of locals coming in, and we also do a fair bit of delivery around the enclave. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the building. You can usually hear the pans clanking and see the steam coming out. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local spot where you can get a meal. The staff here are mostly regulars who have been with us for years. We know the streets around Safdarjung pretty well. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the cars parked everywhere. We just try to keep things clean and the food hot. There isn't a complex mission statement on the wall. We just show up, prep the vegetables, cook the orders, and go home. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. If you walk past 85/B, you’ll probably smell what we’re cooking today. It is just a regular restaurant doing its best for the hungry people in Delhi.
